D’Angelo Russell and the Dallas Mavericks have agreed to a two-year, $13 million deal. Russell finished last season with the Brooklyn Nets following his trade by the Los Angeles Lakers. The Mavericks will use their $5.685 million tax midlevel exception to sign Russell, who is represented by Aaron Mintzย and Austin Brown.
