
Jordan Goodwin has been claimed off free agency waivers by the Phoenix Suns. The Los Angeles Lakers had to waive Goodwin in order to accommodate the signing of Marcus Smart.
Goodwin had just $25,000 in guaranteed money for the 2025-26 season.
Goodwin appeared in 29 games for the Lakers last season, averaging 5.6 points, 3.9 rebounds and 1.4 assists in 18.7 minutes.
The Lakers also waived Shake Milton to get below the first apron.
