From thirst traps to kitten adoptions, what does the G.O.A.T. Tom Brady have in store for the next however many years of retirement?
Tom Brady mesmerized the nation for decades on the screen, cementing his legacy as one of the greatest all-time players of the New England Patriots franchise and one of the greatest ever to step onto the football field.
The average American male spent countless and shameless hours watching Brady progress throughout his 23-year-career, so now itโs only fitting that Brady spends some of his time watching football himself. Even if itโs flag football. Or pickleball. Or whatever the kids are playing these days.
In between buying food for his daughterโs new kitten and shutting down asinine rumors of his NFL comeback, Brady has been living quite a wholesome life.
The Pats legend recently told the media that heโs taking time out of his life to watch his kidsโ sports games now like the reformed family man he is:
Tom Brady dedicates his free time to watching his kids play sports
Cue the โAwws.โ Brady has seemingly ditched the fame and acclaim of being one of the most idolized household names to sporting what we assume is a T-shirt, board shorts, and loafers and watching his little ones run around in recreational sports games.
Brady has three children, two boys and one girl, each of whom is entering the age to play competitive sports. He didnโt specify what sport exactly his children were planning on playing, but he did channel plenty of โcorny soccer dadโ energy โ think Will Ferrell from Kicking and Screaming.
In any case, Brady seems happy. He told reporters a while back that heโs taking this post-retirement time to โcatchย up on other parts of my life that need some time and energy,โ and so far, Bradyโs staying true to his word.
Heโs achieved virtually all there is to achieve at footballโs highest level, and now he faces a much different challenge: sitting through a 10-year-oldโs weekend soccer game and passing around oranges at halftime.ย Who knew Brady had it in him?
