The San Antonio Spurs signed guard Jameer Nelson Jr. to an Exhibit 10 contract. Nelson is expected to join the Austin Spurs of the G League as an affiliate player following the NBA preseason.
Nelson went undrafted out of TCU at the 2024 NBA Draft. The 6-foot-2 guard averaged 11.2 points, 2.6 rebounds, 3.3 assists and 2.1 steals per game as a senior for the Horned Frogs.
