Warner Bros. Discovery and the NBA have settled their lawsuit with Disney agreeing to license the TNT show “Inside the NBA” to ESPN and ABC starting next season the key point of the agreement.
WBD’s digital platforms, Bleacher Report and House of Highlights, will also continue to have access to NBA content. The company will also continue to run the NBA’s digital operations including NBA TV for the next several years.
WBD had alleged that the NBA violating a matching-rights clause with TNT by making a deal to broadcast games on Amazon’s Prime Video.
